Welcome to Still Iron.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Still Iron. Still Iron operates this online store and website, including its related information, content, features, products, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you. Certain products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, and/or fulfilled by third-party fulfillment providers.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizing, placement, appearance, and other product characteristics may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Because many Still Iron products are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing, minor variations in print placement, color, sizing, or appearance may occur.
These minor production variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
Product descriptions, designs, prices, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.
3. Orders
When you submit an order through Still Iron, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Please carefully review your order, including your product, size, color, quantity, and shipping information, before completing checkout.
Because certain Still Iron products are made specifically after an order is submitted, we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered production.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
The price charged for your purchase will generally be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, import charges, or other fees.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Still Iron products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.
Production and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders may require processing and production time before being transferred to a shipping carrier.
Still Iron is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other transportation disruptions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property
The Still Iron website and its original content, including Still Iron branding, logos, graphics, designs, product artwork, text, images, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Still Iron where applicable and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorized by us, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, republish, or commercially exploit Still Iron content or designs without permission.

Still Iron is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.
Purchases made through the Still Iron store are transactions between you and Still Iron.
Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related services but is not the seller of Still Iron products.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
